Invictus Security is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Night Shift Dispatcher to join our growing Security Operations Centre. As the communication hub of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating field personnel, monitoring operations, supporting clients, and ensuring timely responses to incidents across our portfolio.

Please Note: This position is strictly for overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM). There are no day shifts available. Applicants must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Dispatch and coordinate security personnel throughout assigned shifts.

• Monitor guard check-ins and maintain regular communication with field staff.

• Receive and document incident reports, emergencies, and client requests.

• Coordinate responses with management and emergency services when required.

• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and operational records.

• Monitor GPS tracking and guard activity.

• Conduct guard welfare checks when necessary.

• Provide professional customer service to clients and security personnel.

• Escalate critical incidents in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

​

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.

• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, email, security management systems and web-based applications.

• Previous dispatch, security, customer service, call centre, or emergency communications experience is considered an asset.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
